Regulations

• Arrive : Saturday after 5 p.m.
  *If you arrive earlier than the scheduled time, a small furnished studio will be made available to you on request in order to start your stay at the tourist residence Où le Corps Fut.
• Depart : the following Saturday before 10 a.m.
• Autonomous arrival with secure key box
• Outdoor camera at the two main entrances
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties

You acknowledge that you have fully read our offer, what it contains and what it does not, as well as the house rules.

Respect for places and the environment

The Où le Corps Fut tourist residence relies on the respect of its visitors to ensure a quality environment for everyone. We ask you to respect the house rules during your stay.

Noise and loud music outside are prohibited between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. out of respect for the neighborhood.

Risk of fire

Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, candles and matches are strictly prohibited indoors. Any violation of this rule will result in a penalty of 500$.

Before starting a fire, make sure you follow SOPFEU's instructions and risk index.

Maximum occupancy

Complete house : The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. The price is for 8 people, free for children 12 and under. An amount of 295$ per additional person.
Roof : The roof can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, free for children 12 and under.
Ground floor : The ground floor can accommodate a maximum of 2 people,free for children 12 and under.

If exceeded, a fine of 500$ / day per unregistered visitor will be charged for all nights of the reservation.

Deposit policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Make sure you have your boat or plane reservation before sending your deposit.
• The deposit must reach the accommodation concerned within 7 working days after confirmation of the reservation.
• The balance of payment will be required 60 days before the date of arrival.

Terms of Sales   

• All prices are in Canadian dollars
• The price displayed on the screen on the date of the reservation will be used as a reference
• A tax specific to lodging (T.S.H) of 3.5% of the price of the night is collected in the Magdalen Islands as in all tourist regions of Québec.

Cancellation policy

• Non refundable deposit.
• Cancellation at least 60 days before the date of arrival. Full payment will be required for cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date.

House cleaning

Between each visit, the Où Le Corps Fut team is committed to cleaning the house in order to provide a healthy and clean environment for its visitors.

• Surface sanitation
• Disinfection of all frequently touched surfaces, down to the door handles.
• Deep cleaning
• Use our detailed checklists to clean room by room.
• Wash all bedding

The force majeure clause applies in the event of an unforeseeable event which is beyond the control and will of this contract. It includes, but is not limited to, the following events :

• Any disaster caused by nature
• A fire
• An explosion
• Lack of means of sea or air transport
• A war or an act of terrorism
• An epidemic or a pandemic
• An order from a court or public authority

In case of force majeure, the contract can be canceled, suspended or postponed by a written agreement between the parties. Où Le Corps Fut cannot be held responsible for damages caused in the event that the force majeure clause should apply.
